The objective of the present assignment:

In Ukraine:

·         To foster strategic developments at system level: bring forward competence‑based education policy design through integration of entrepreneurship and digital key competences in a life-long learning perspective into the education curricula and teacher training set against the provisions of 2017 Law on Education, education reform action plan 2017‑2019, and 2017 SME Strategy.

·         To strengthen the potential of the teaching community on entrepreneurship and digital key competences in Ukraine: contribute to the national objectives of the implementation of the Law on Education by developing core teams of master trainers within the national system of In‑service Teacher Training Institutes (ITTIs), covering most regions of Ukraine. This will be co‑worked with other partner projects supporting key competences.

In Georgia:

·         To contribute to broader understanding among key stakeholders (policymakers and practitioners) on the ways of developing entrepreneurship and digital key competences in formal education and training, as well as non-formal learning, set against relevant EU policy drivers, EntreComp and DigComp 2.1.

In Ukraine and Georgia:

·         To support peer-learning between Ukraine and Georgia, allowing knowledge and experience sharing developed in the course of implementation of competence-based approach in the recent years.

 

 

Criteria 1. Key Competences

-          At least 5 years of experience in applying entrepreneurship as a key competence in either a) curricula modernisation and/or b) teacher training.

Criteria 2. Institutional environment          

-          Demonstrated experience in the use of the EU EntreComp Framework.

Criteria 3. Language skills

-          Very good understanding, writing and speaking in English (EuroPass B2 level).

Criteria 4. Drafting / presentation skills

-          Very good drafting skills, evidenced through a list of publications

Asset

-          Experience in working with transition economy education systems

-          Proven experience in addressing digital competence as a key competence in either a) curricula modernisation and/or b) teacher training

Criteria 2. Institutional environment          

-          Demonstrated pedagogic experience in how DigComp is applied in schools (e.g. DigComp 2.1, DigCompOrg, DigCompEdu).

Criteria 3. Language skills

-          Very good understanding, writing and speaking in English (EuroPass B2 level).

Asset

-          Experience in working with transition economy education systems

-          Experience in the development of at least one of the EU key competences addressed in the project.

Criteria 2. Institutional environment

-          Minimum 5 years of experience in working on national curricula design and/or teacher training development in Georgia.

Criteria 3. Language skills

-          Very good understanding, writing and speaking in English (EuroPass B2 level) and Georgian.

Asset

-          Proven experience in expertise provision such as questionnaires, assessments and related areas.

-          Direct expertise in leading or facilitating experts’ groups, involved in the design of competence-based approaches.
